I have a beagle puppy. She is just 11 weeks. Shes all had their first shots. I know what it is, your heart rate seems unusually fast, even if it is at rest or asleep. I also note what does not move at a time as 10-15 minutes to sleep. Do you have any kind of heart problem that does not result in a position to remain in force. And why is thy heart so quickly?
